Job Description

The Maintenance Manager is directly responsible in leading the execution of site maintenance including multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing the adherence to safe and timely completion of work. In this hands-on role, the Maintenance Manager directs the maintenance department in repairs and maintaining the working order of all machinery, as well as lead, supervise and coach a team of maintenance employees at the site, modeling respect and accountability. The Maintenance Manager will implement and manage continuous improvement in machinery and production processes and identify deficiencies and recommend changes in training, working practices and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• At least 5 years supervisory experience as well as project management
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Capable of changing priorities as conditions dictate.
• Excellent technical understanding, analysis, and problem resolution
