Inside Sales & Customer Service - Parts Department

IPW an MHI Company, is searching for a Parts Counter Salesperson to join our Savannah team.  We need an ambitious and hardworking professional who is able to work quickly and efficiently to take care of our customers.  Our company offers a competitive salary, paid time off, and excellent benefits.

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

• Answer customer inquiries about parts, fill order request, and sell parts across the counter.
• Issue parts to service personnel up request.
• Ascertain make, year, and type of part needed.  Advise customer of part needed according to description by customer or service technician.
• Discuss use and features of various parts.
• Read catalog, service manuals, or computer for replacement part stock number and price.
• Place orders with suppliers to fulfill customer requirements.
• Invoice orders upon completion.

Requirements

• Good communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills.
• Desire to work hard and take care of the customer.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous parts department experience is preferred.
