Join our team as a Marketing Specialist and become an integral part of our mission to elevate the healthcare services market! As a Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of helping craft strategies, execute targeted campaigns, and fostering meaningful connections with our audience both in-person and online. From supporting campaigns to analyzing performance metrics, you will have the opportunity to leverage your creativity and strategic mindset to make a tangible impact. This role also helps coordinate and support social media schedules aligned with both internal and external initiatives, oversees and makes recommendations for our marketing operational efforts and requires excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Others may be assigned.

  • Research and write marketing materials, such as web content, social media posts, videos, news releases, talking points, presentations, etc. 
  • Implement communications tactics that support marketing campaigns, social media, media relations and employee engagement initiatives. Gather related key metrics. 
  • Coordinate calendars and help manage content across Conifer’s external digital channels (e.g, email, website, social media, etc.). 
  • Coordinate with creative services team and monitor projects in operations platform to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Support Internal Communications as needed

  • Strong writing and editing skills with ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences and channels. 
  • Strong knowledge of social media practices
  • Proven ability to coordinate and implement events
  • Team player with proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and objectives.
  • Strong organizational, time management and planning abilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or related field
  • 3-5 years related marketing experience 
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products
  • Web and content production experience, including SharePoint, a plus

  • Ability to travel
