Job Description

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Sr. Business Process Manager (multiple openings) in New York, NY to

  • Drive operational reporting and analysis for the Product organization business cadences for a large portfolio of products in Global Product’s Consumer Payments organization.
  • Help manage projects, such as Visa network services – credential management including tokenization and payments processing products.
  • Deliver reporting & analysis for executive updates, scorecards, product performance, and other ad hoc reports.
  • Align leadership on objectives and key results (OKRs) and ensure proper tracking.
  • Coordinate and collate data from business operations team members embedded within product teams in the portfolio.
  • Support ongoing alignment and transparency on roadmap priorities with Consumer Payments product leadership and stakeholders such as Technology, Regional Product, VAS and CMS.
  • Support the tracking of top initiatives and new development, and flag overlaps or ambiguous areas.
  • Prep agendas and content to support leadership getting to thoughtful discussions and firm decisions during executive meetings, quarterly business reviews and for large scale All Hands.
  • Support workforce management in partnership with HR and Finance.
  • Work closely with Technology for joint Product/Tech delivery improvements, finding areas of opportunity for increased efficiency (e.g., right level of joint goals, assessing overlaps or duplication in services).
  • Domestic travel required less than 10% of the time.
  • Position reports to the New York, New York office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, followed by 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a manager or consultant-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business or related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a manager or consultant-related occupation.
  • Position requires experience in the following skills:
  • Product management, product operations, business operations or business consulting;
  • Product lifecycle management;
  • Negotiating cross-functionally with stakeholders including design, development, finance and/or operations team on work scope, timeline, resource investment, and trade outs;
  • Working cross-functionally to manage complex projects;
  • Designing customer surveys and carrying out interviews or focus groups;
  • Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns and insights, discover customer preferences and behaviors, and offer recommendations;
  • Understanding and implementing a regular cadence to effectively plan and deliver products that meet customer needs;
  • Analyzing and identifying business opportunities for strategic, operational, or organizational improvements;
  • Identifying potential markets, and understanding the competitive landscape and customer preferences and cultural differences;
  • Identifying and analyzing potential long-term operational or strategic risks, developing effective risk mitigation plans and implementing and monitoring the plans to minimize adverse impact;
  • Crafting and aligning suitable Organizational Key Results (OKRs) that effectively steer actions and provide a clear performance overview for leadership;
  • Designing executive dashboard for leadership teams to review and monitor key metrics to evaluate product performance and health; and
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office applicatio
