Senior Executive - Analyst, Alternate Reviews

The position would be an Senior Executive - Alternate Reviews role, which would essentially be required following core skill sets:

• Candidate should be well versed with Credit card related Frauds.
• Having sound understanding of Credit Card Fraud vectors
• Having understanding on Financial Instruments/Products related Risks 
• Able to analyze CPP for fraud alerts/Transactions
• Suggest periodic Rule rationalizations basis the Rule performance & feedback shared by Reviewers/Agents.
• Review of H block cards/ accounts and resolve the SRs within defined TAT
• This role would require calling to customer for transaction/ other confirmations required to reinstate the card/ account

• Good communication skills in English.
• Quick learner of new systems / technology
• Good organizational skills
• Confident and could take decisions under pressure
• Have added advantage if worked on SAS/ SQL/ Excel/ PPT/Fraud Analytics

Qualification: 

• B.Com, BCS, BE, BSc, MBA, MCA, Msc. with minimum 3 years of Experience
