Retail Parts Store Associate

Description

• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies, and report any issues to management.  

• Organize Parts Store space and maintain inventory levels by accurately counting and recording incoming and outgoing materials.

• Follow established procedures for picking, packing, and labeling orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Ability to learn parts ordering process for HVAC , Plumbing and Electrical trades

• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by disposing of debris as needed.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals while always prioritizing safety.

• Ability to drive company van and small box truck to perform pick up / delivery of materials. 

Requirements

• Prior experience with HVAC and plumbing parts is a plus.

• Must have proven track record warehouse experience.  Minimum of 1 year.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Decision making skills and emotional intelligence.

• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.

• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.

• Ability to make sound judgments.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.  

• Must be able to pass a drug test.
