How can you become part of our success? 

• Recruitment of open positions in the area of responsibility and being the first point of contact and advisor to the department on the recruiting process and the appropriate recruiting strategy.
• Identify suitable candidates and address them proactively and in line with the target group, using creative and intelligent search strategies.
• Accompany candidates throughout the entire application process with a strong focus on the best possible candidate experience.
• Ensure a professional selection process and review incoming applications, conduct assessments and interpret the results as well as conduct telephone and personal interviews with candidates.
• Proactively establish an internal and external candidate network, build up candidate pools and maintain contact with potential candidates in the short and long term.
• Ensure smooth interfaces to the departments and related HR areas in the recruiting process.
• As an authentic Brand Ambassador, candidates of MAHLE and represent our corporate values internally and externally.

 

What skills do you need? 

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
• Several years of experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in the automotive environment.
• Previous experience in recruitment accustomed to manage high volume of vacancies.
• Previous experience with SAP Success Factors will be valued.
• C1 level of Spanish and English is required.
