About the role

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday between 12pm-9pm Singaporean time (With a 1 hour break).

This dynamic company offers unique “foodie treasure hunt” adventures, combining elements of a food walking tour and an outdoor escape room. Customers embark on a thrilling journey, following a series of riddles and clues that lead them to different restaurant partners along the way.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues via WhatsApp and email
Troubleshoot problems customers face during the food treasure hunt experiences
Liaise with restaurants and other vendors to resolve on-site issues
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience
Utilize the company’s internal systems and workflows

Requirements

3+ years experience in general customer service roles
Able to think quickly and creatively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficiency with basic computer systems
Willingness to work weekends
Process-driven, eager to learn, and able to converse with customers over messaging, so quick thinking and typing.
