About the Role
As an IT Security Analyst for Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will be responsible for daily operations of researching, assessing, monitoring, and managing cyber security controls to protect the assets of FIS. This role assists Lines of Business (LOBs) throughout FIS with identifying and reviewing assets and services under their control that do not meet security related policies. Our goal is to help guide FIS organizations in identifying potential security issues and resolve those issues before they are exploited. In order to sustain the prolonged protection of FIS confidential information, we will help organizations establish processes, procedures and on-going controls to ensure compliance with FIS policy going forward.
About The Team
Stolen and misused credentials are 1 of the 3 primary methods of cyber-attack. The FIS Identity and Access Management organization provides guidance and oversight to how user access is structured and managed throughout the company. Through ongoing governance activities, we help ensure that all relevant policies and best practices are followed leading to significant access risk reduction.
What You Will Be Doing
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on many critical initiatives, such as Domain Control management and regulatory compliance readiness
- Coordinate with various Lines of Business to ensure controls comply with FIS Policy
- Engaging with leadership, team members and partners at many levels and in many locations across the globe
- Identifying and track Identity and Access Management related non-compliance and control gaps while partnering with lines of business to push toward remediation
- Project specific work around enterprise-level IAM risk reduction
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Basic understanding of Cybersecurity
Bonus If You Have
- Prior knowledge of security policies
- Prior knowledge of industry leading identity management solutions
- Familiarity with the Center for Internet Security (CIS) Benchmarks and NIST Digital Identity Guidelines
- Cyber security or Risk/Compliance/Auditing certifications (ISC2 CC, CISSP, CRISC, CEH, CompTIA Security+)
