Accounting Specialist

   an accountant with attention to detail, a multitasker with excellent time management skills, and meticulous administrator with integrity.

As Accounting Specialist and member of the Accounting Team, you are supporting with the daily activities of the accounting department, including travel expense reimbursements, AP and AR related tasks and managing invoices and payments. This position is located at our US Headquarters in Ashland, VA. The base salary range for this position is $23 - $25.95 per hour. We offer full benefits, a profit-sharing contribution to your 401k and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for Travel Expense Reimbursement 
• Support with AP and AR related duties 
• Bank reconciliation 
• Support with administrative tasks and non-inventory purchasing requests

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2+ years of experience in an accounting or bookeeping preferred
• Associate's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related areas
• Attention to detail, excellent time management, high level of integrity
