JLL Technologies Enterprise Analytics is an internal consulting team that provides data-driven expertise to various business and support functions. We are looking for an experienced analyst who has an insatiable curiosity, a love of Power BI, and a talent for making the complex relatable and understandable.

What this job involves

This individual will assist in data analytics and data science projects. They will help in developing reports and dashboards when needed or other data analytics/data science asks.

 What is your day to day?

• Work directly with stakeholders to communicate updates and changes.

• Investigate and understand data sets needed for analysis/data science.

• Analyze data to identify trends and insights for stakeholder needs.

• Generate reports/dashboards and presentation materials within specified deadlines.

• Educate users on how to derive insights from reports/dashboards/presentation materials.

• Collaborate with other teams/team members on various analytics/data science projects.

• Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular validation and maintenance.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and data science.

• Provide training and support for team members on data analysis tools and techniques.

Desired experience and technical skills

 Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

• High degree of proficiency in Power BI data visualization tool and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).

• Proven experience in data analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of business processes and their relationship to data analysis.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

• Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL.

Preferred

• Prior experience in commercial real estate, corporate functions (such as finance, audit, treasury, HR, etc.), or B2B.

• Experience in using Databricks.

• Can provide a portfolio of work such as GitHub, Public Tableau, published to web Power BI, etc.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

70,000.00 – 120,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
