What Will You Do?

 

•    Work the team’s request queue and perform daily administrative duties
•    Ensure service requests are complete and accurate, adhering to the defined enterprise service-level agreements (SLA’s)
•    Maintain documentation supporting the standard operating procedures for the team
•    Responsible for enforcing the enterprise’s controls for the systems the team administers
•    Collaborate one-on-one with business users within the organization to ensure compliance with enterprise security polices and guidelines
•    Support the team during audits as needed
•    Assist with the delivery of routine reports as needed
•    Provide data management report reconciliation support as needed

 

Required Skills

 

•    Associate degree 
•    One to Two years of professional experience (2 years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of an Associate degree)
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    Mental agility, attention to detail, creativity, and innovative thinking
•    Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
•    Willingness to interact with people from various job-related backgrounds at all levels of experience, both within and outside the company
•    Ability to work independently and to be an effective team member
•    Some familiarity with application security concepts
•    Some familiarity with the concepts of access management
•    Some familiarity with on premise SAP security administration
