The Job:
As a Sr. Manager, Network Planning & Design Process, you’ll be part of our corporate team working as a remote employee. You’ll get to:
Lead the Make vs Make/Make vs Buy process to facilitate product allocation decisions between in-house manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers for components and finished goods
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new product launch locations, existing product transfers, and insourcing/outsourcing ideas
Analyze relevant financial data such as variable costs, working capital impact, and capital investments for all scenarios
Align projects with the broader supply chain strategy to meet the business’ needs for cost, volume, lead time, and capital
Develop comprehensive business cases to determine which solution delivers optimal benefits
Present Make vs Make/Make vs Buy recommendations to senior leadership and communicate outcomes to project teams
Engage stakeholders from operations, product, finance, and people teams to drive seamless execution of network changes
International travel is required for this role – Up to 25%
The Person:

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain or related business discipline required
4-5 years of related experience is required in supply chain, manufacturing or consulting
Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative. Understanding of supply chain and financial data.
Proactively engages stakeholders and builds cross-functional relationships
Comfortable presenting to large groups and driving project teams
Demonstrated experience in supply chain and/or project management

The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Washington, New York, Maryland is $91,000 - $164,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
