Job Summary:

To support our newly opened Princeton, New Jersey office, RxSense is seeking an energetic, creative, and collaborative Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic . This is an exciting opportunity to utilize well-developed Human Resources expertise as well as gain extensive knowledge in the healthcare tech field. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of functions contributing to the overall success of the organization - supporting recruitment, team member complaint investigation/response, job description development and career pathing. The Sr. HR Generalist will provide Human Resources consultative services to all levels within the organization by effectively coaching and supporting staff and managers through various situations; interpreting policies and appropriate application, with awareness of impact and liability and assist in writing Performance Improvement Plans. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and a proven track record of administrative and strategic support to the human capital function, including supporting successful workforce planning initiatives, and serving as a subject matter expert of HR systems and processes.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including processing terminations, scheduling exit interviews, and coordinating the return of company assets.
  • Administer benefits and welfare programs, including managing open enrollment communications, mid-year changes and FMLA leave.
  • Ensure alignment of HR policies with the organization’s goals and effective reinforcement of company culture of Pride, Collaboration, Urgency, Trust, Value and Fun.
  • Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
  • Support talent acquisition process and manage the hiring life cycle.
  • Support action plans arising from employee pulse surveys including but not limited to coordinating focus groups and collaborating with internal business partners to track progress across the areas of hiring, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, organizational design, succession planning and retention management.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent typing and data entry skills; proficient data analytics and presentation skills.
  • Ability to consistently act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree a plus
  • Five plus years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience required
  • SHRM Certification required in first year in role
  • Previous experience working with a PEO

Salary Range: $75,000 -
