Job Description

The Senior Director, APEX (Analytics & Performance Excellence) Advanced Analytics and Enterprise Transformation plays a critical role in shaping the organization's data-driven culture and driving transformative insights to accelerate our growth and ensure our ongoing success.  This role is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of data and analytics strategies that inform business decisions and drive significant business value.  This individual will develop and execute a strategic vision and provide leadership to teams across U.S. Commercial data management (including governance, operations, and MDM), data strategy and business intelligence, data and analytics products, as well as an innovation hub focused on new data acquisitions and GenAI use cases. By using analytics and data science, this leader will nurture new innovations to support our field teams by balancing design and operational tradeoffs and will stimulate analytical innovation in Field Planning, Field Tools, and Incentive Compensation capabilities. This leader will also head and shape our competitive intelligence organization and lead core capabilities to inform our sales force IC plans and field tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy and execution across Competitive Intelligence, Advanced Analytics & Innovation, Data Transformation, and FPAT center teams, ensuring cohesive delivery of insights, tools, and capabilities.
• Oversee the development and integration of capabilities, data infrastructure, and tools and support adoption of solutions by brand teams.
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Data and Analytics Center of Excellence that aligns with current and future business objective
