Responsibilities

As a Marketing & Sales Representative, you will: 

• Educate Customers: As a marketing & sales representative, you will connect with potential customers and present renewable energy opportunities, demonstrating their benefits.
• Guide the Enrollment Process: Offer customers a straightforward, stress-free, and fully compliant enrollment experience.
• Achieve Sales Goals: As a marketing & sales representative, you will fulfill daily and weekly targets to earn big commissions and bonuses.
• Deliver Great Customer Service: Build rapport, establish credibility, and answer questions with positivity and professionalism.
• Be the Face of the Brand: Marketing & sales representatives represent Mpower Direct with confidence, energy, and integrity.
• Collaborate with the Team: Highlight achievements, discuss strategies, and encourage growth.

Qualifications

• Earn competitive pay: OTE between $67,000 – $88,400 with base pay plus commission.
