Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Bilingual Preferred

Make a Difference in New Mexico with Skill Sprouts ABA

We're looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments to identify each child's unique strengths and needs.
• Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using evidence-based ABA practices.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA staff.
• Provide caregiver coaching to help families build skills and confidence at home.

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• New Mexico licensure (or ability to obtain licensure).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
