Family and Community Services Assistant Director

Now hiring a Family and Community Services Assistant Director to support the overall leadership and management of Family and Community Service programs within the agency. This position works closely with the Director to ensure programs are delivered with quality, efficiency, and compassion while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local funding requirements. The Assistant Director provides guidance to staff, fosters collaboration with community partners, and assists in the development of strategies that strengthen family stability, promote self-reliance, and aligns with the mission and goals of the Community Action Agency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a social service program required.
• Prefer a bachelor's degree in family development, social services, public administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks with efficiency and effectiveness.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have general knowledge of family involvement practices and working knowledge of family development and social services.
