We’re seeking a Director, Finance – New Business Integration to join our growing team.
The Director, Finance – New Business Integration is responsible for analyzing the financial performance of newly acquired businesses during their integration cycle post-acquisition, and providing financial guidance to Executives, Doctors, and Operations to ensure a smooth integration into core financial processes and performance expectations

How you’ll make us better:

• Serve as the lead financial partner for newly acquired entities, owning the financial transition from close through stabilization and handoff to steady-state FP&A support
• Establish and maintain financial reporting routines, including monthly performance reviews, variance analysis, and KPIs tailored to the needs of the acquired business
• Partner with clinic teams to understand drivers of revenue, profitability, and cost structure, and translate them into financial insights for operations and leadership teams
• Develop and monitor integration-specific budgets, forecasts, and financial milestones
• Support the identification and realization of synergies and efficiencies as part of post-close planning
• Help to drive accountability and financial discipline in the first year of ownership while adapting to the unique dynamics of each acquisition
• Prepare and deliver integration updates and financial summaries for internal leadership and board reporting as needed

Prerequisites for success:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred
• Eight (8) years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, or business integration required; multi-location organization experience in healthcare, dental, multi-site, or private equity-backed environments preferred
• CPA preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems such as Intacct, Workday Adaptive, and Power BI
