Senior FP&A Analyst

The role is pivotal in ensuring accuracy, forecasting future financial outcomes, and providing actionable insights to support key stakeholders in making informed decisions that align with our overall business objectives.</p><p><em>We value work-life balance, so please only apply if you're based within 2 hours of the Central European Timezone. </em> </p><p><strong>What you'll do…</strong></p><ul> <li>Building, updating and maintaining financial models including actuals and forecasts</li> <li>Creating management accounts</li> <li>Performing analyses on various datasets to analyse performance and understand key drivers</li> <li>Creating dashboards in PowerBI to visualise KPIs</li> <li>Creating presentations to report performance for various stakeholders</li> <li>Liaising with various departments to ensure our financial models reflect changes at the company</li> </ul><p><strong>What we're looking for…</strong></p><ul> <li>A successfully completed university degree in a business-related field, or equivalent qualification</li> <li>3-4 years of finance experience in a similar role</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills</li> <li>High level of commitment and personal responsibility</li> <li>Organized, hands-on, analytical, and accuracy-obsessed</li> <li>Fluent in English (German is a plus)</li> </ul><p><strong>What we offer…</strong></p><ul> <li>As a remote and distributed team, you can do your best work from anywhere you are the happiest </li> <li>Trust-based work – organize your own schedule.
