The Vice President of Product Management, Hosting is responsible for the vision, leadership, and execution of the company’s hosting product portfolio, including shared hosting, virtual private server (VPS), and dedicated server offerings. This executive role oversees the full product lifecycle, sets strategic direction, ensures competitive market positioning, and fosters cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.  

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear vision and multi-year strategy for the hosting portfolio and platform, aligning with company goals and evolving market trends. 

• Portfolio Oversight: Own the full suite of hosting products (Shared Hosting, VPS, dedicated) and the infrastructure platform, developing a cohesive product roadmap that balances immediate needs with long-term innovation. 

• Market Leadership: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to anticipate trends, identify new opportunities, and secure the company’s leadership in hosting solutions.  

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful execution of product initiatives and seamless go-to-market.  

• Customer-Centric Approach: Integrate customer feedback, market demands, and technical feasibility to guide product features, enhancements, and launches.  

• Team Development: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team; ensure continuous development, clear roles, and effective resource allocation.  

• Performance & Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to measure product success, adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact, leveraging data for decision-making.  

• Budget Management: Oversee budgets and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of company assets to maximize ROI across the hosting portfolio. 

• Stakeholder Communication: Report regularly to C-suite and executive stakeholders on product strategy, performance, and future initiatives.  

• Innovation: Maintain a strong awareness of the competitive landscape and foster a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation in hosting services.  

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• Proven experience in senior product management roles overseeing large-scale hosting or cloud-based product portfolios. 

• Demonstrable success in cloud, managed hosting, VPS, and dedicated server product strategy, development, and launch. 

• Strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional team-building skills.
