Job Duties

Responsible for answering telephone calls with appropriate etiquette. Take messages accordingly. Receives and disperses mail. Provides backup support for hospital office functions. Provides rotational coverage as switchboard operator/receptionist to meet hospital needs (rotational shifts include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

Multi-line telephone experience
Experience in general office setting
Good communication skills
Experience with computer applications
