Requirements
- Board certification (EM, FM, or IM/peds)
- 1+ years of emergency medicine experience
- Active/unrestricted MD/DO License from any state; must be free of disciplinary actions
- DEA Unrestricted
- Life Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
