General Manager – Construction Services (Omaha Metro Area)
Location: Omaha, NE (Regional HQ)
Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 base + 25% bonus potential + equity opportunity

We are conducting a search for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead a growing, well-established regional construction services company headquartered in the Omaha metro area. This business specializes in highway striping, traffic control rentals (cones, signage, etc.), and related services, and is poised for significant expansion.
Role Overview
As General Manager, you will assume full P&L responsibility for all aspects of the business, including:
- Sales and Business Development
- Operations and Field Services
- Estimating and Project Management
- Marketing and Customer Engagement
- Finance and Accounting Oversight
- Facilities and Asset Management
- Human Resources and Team Development
You will lead a team of approximately 75 employees across two locations, with growth already underway and additional expansion opportunities on the horizon. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to shape strategy, optimize performance, and scale operations.
