The Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study. Over a course of 10-12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape. Students will have the opportunity to interact and connect with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions. Regardless of their assigned departments, interns will have access to local market tours in order to fully comprehend Prologis’ business and how their summer contributions impact the end product.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Support Market Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, tracking, and analyzing market data related to leasing activity, rent trends, starts, and absorption to provide insights for real estate operations.
• Contribute to Asset Rating System Development: Help create an asset rating system for Prologis properties and competitive buildings, aiding in the assessment of property performance and market positioning.
• Assist with Lease Management and Market Analysis: Aggregate market lease comparisons, refine the quarterly MLA process, and conduct ad hoc lease analyses to support competitive transaction evaluations.
• Participate in Data Analytics and Reporting Projects: Support data analytics initiatives by conducting historical studies of market statistics, setting up new data collection formats, and working on unit vacancy and property characteristics projects.
• Collaborate on Portfolio Optimization and Efficiency Initiatives: Work with the team to identify value-adding opportunities in the portfolio, streamline real estate management through technology, and assist with lease proposals, financial analysis, and special projects.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (rising junior or senior) or graduate program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• For technical roles: experience with relevant tools such as Argus, Tableau, R, Java, SQL, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity.
• Motivated by curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Creative mindset and openness to tackling new challenges.
• Collaborative team player with a supportive approach.

Undergraduate Hiring Hourly Pay: $25-30/Hour

Graduate Hiring Hourly Pay: $35-40/Hour

Hourly pay to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, and skills, as well as internal pay equity and alignment with market data.
