Overview
Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) Bilingual Clinician to work at Advocates, Inc., at 1094 Worcester Rd, Framingham, MA 01702. Provides culturally competent outpatient mental health services/assessment/therapy in clinic/community settings. Serves as primary clinician to participants. Bilingual language fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, & English fluency. Completes comprehensive bio/psycho/social assessments. Determines health status/ assess risk. Performs complete diagnosis. Develops IT plan. Identifies services to enable client to meet IT goals. Develops crisis management plans. Links client to culturally/linguistically appropriate services in community. Participates in CBHC training/provide outpatient treatment consistent with this. Supports client through Evidence-based practices, including various therapies/programs. Participates in training on data collection protocols/implements data collection tools with clients. Develops discharge plans for aftercare. Coordinates home visits/contacts. Develops Integrated Treatment Plans. Maintains current client records: evaluations, treatment plans, reviews, termination summaries, progress. Completes timely documentation. Participates in supervision, teaming, clinical rounds with medical team.
Minimum Education Required
Master's DegreeResponsibilities
Requires: Master’s in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related license eligible field, 2 year’s relevant experience, and MA State license in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
