The Position:

Provides support to the Bar Tenders by keeping liquor, mixes and ice bins stocked. Maintains the appearance of the area behind the bar. Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Maintains and stocks the ice bins, beer cooler, and stock room. Rotates stock and faces forward all labels for easy access.
• Makes sure that bottles of house wine are open.
• Keeps dishes and glasses washed and put away during assigned shift.
• Assists the bar tenders and Sports Bar servers with beer and wine orders.
• Completes side work at end of a shift including but not limited to restocking of bar supplies, walk-in cooler, tearing down wells and general clean up.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate preferred.
• 6 months experience in customer service or related field required. 
• 21 years of age or older.
• Good organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Able to follow verbal instructions and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to work along with little or no supervision.
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required.
• Current OLCC License required.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times (specific standards available).
