Pay: Pay based on an individual’s skills, certifications, education, and years of experience.

Hours of Work: Tuesday through Saturday

We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the key link between our customers and technicians in a busy light-duty truck shop. If you’ve got diesel experience—or the drive to learn—we’ll give you the tools to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and set the tone for a positive service experience.
  • Prepare clear and accurate repair orders and service estimates.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Communicate timely and honest updates to customers regarding repair status and recommendations.
  • Manage workflow, billing, and service documentation.
  • Support daily shop operations and help maintain an organized, productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in light-duty truck, medium-duty truck, diesel, automotive service, or a related industry.
  • Working knowledge of parts, repairs, and maintenance procedures used in vehicle service operations.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and remain composed under pressure.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
