Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The JV Finance team is responsible for planning, analyzing, reporting, and auditing the financials of the SanDisk–Kioxia joint ventures. Key areas of focus include wafer cost, R&D budget, capital investments, and cash projection.
  • In this role, you will partner closely with cross‑functional SanDisk finance and business teams to track, report, and forecast R&D spending. You will also collaborate with the broader Finance organization on initiatives aimed at automating and improving existing business processes.
  • The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and proficient in financial modeling. You should bring a continuous‑learning mindset, be comfortable working independently, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment while solving complex business problems.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing finance, FP&A, cost accounting, audit, or semiconductor industry strongly preferred

SKILLS:

  • Advanced Excel expertise, including:
    • Power Query (data extraction, transformation, merging, automation)
    • Debugging and tracing complex or broken formulas
    • Working confidently within large, multi‑tab models
  • Experience with Power BI and SAP, or similar analytics and ERP platforms strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical intuition — Comfortable working with large amount of raw data and determine next steps with minimum support
  • Experience translating raw or unstructured data into clean, decision‑ready outputs
  • Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
  • Clear and concise communicator, able to explain model logic, assumptions, and risks
