Responsible for assisting with month-end closing, accounts payable functions, and payroll functions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Month-end journal entries/closing activities
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Process invoices for payment
• Process wire transfers and ACH payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and invoices, research and correct discrepancies
• Process weekly payroll
• Enter and process manual payroll adjustments
• Prepare necessary documentation and information for internal and external auditors
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Requirements: 

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• ERP experience is a plus
• Acumatica experience is a plus          
• ADP experience is a plus
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organized records, and meet deadlines
• Process routine tasks efficiently
• Reliable, honest, conscientious, and persistent with good organizational skills
