Job Description

The Data Exchange Operations Manager manages and coordinates operational activities related to customer data integrations with systems in the CPTS Transportation business line. Results are accomplished through the effective management of a staff of exempt level professionals. The role also leads and / or participates in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, business growth, or system performance.Location: Minneapolis Minnesota, Memphis TN or Naperville Illinois will be in offer 3 days out of the week. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight or more years of relevant experiencePreferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services supported by the assigned area(s)
- Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
- Thorough knowledge of applicable products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation as applicable
- Good organizational, managerial and project management skills
- Well-developed customer relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent supervisory and management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasksThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
