Sector IT Director - North America Transportation & Fleet Deployment Lead

Overview
The North America Deployment team provides reliable digital/technology services and enables a digital-led business transformation by bringing the best of S&T to North America. The North America Transportation & Fleet Deployment Lead serves as the singe face to the sector businesses representing all IT/technology/digital services and solutions, manages the integrated delivery and deployment of digital solutions in the sector, and supports reliable business operations with a focus on problem management.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior NA Transportation and Fleet business leaders
- Develop and maintain a multi-year sector digital/business capability roadmap in partnership with NA business leaders, Sector S&T, Transformation and Capability teams
- Manage project delivery through the full life cycle ā from inception through to deployment, inclusive of project framing and Capex development where needed
- Manage sector project investments of on average $5-10MM annually
- Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) highlighting program/project milestones and success metrics, including expected outcomes and value delivered to the business
- Identify risks for project delivery and provide recommendations based on trade-offs to address
- Manage application support (L2) including incident, request, and problem management to increase application reliability, end user satisfaction, security health index, and asset currency (tech stack).
- Act as point of escalation when unexpected issues and/or new requirements are surfaced, and tactfully guide those issues to resolution
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 - $249,900.

- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, MIS, or similar field, Masters preferred.
- 10+ years of digital project management experience working with cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience in CPG and/or Supply Chain preferred
- Functional and/or Technical experience with Transportation and Fleet processes and tools (Blue Yonder TMS, One Network, Hexagon/Infor EAM, Fourkites, Geotab, etc.)
- Highly self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead others without direct authority in a matrixed environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and high emotional intelligence. Ability to cater messages to audience including all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts to leaders in business, non-technical terms.
- Proven talent development skills with a strong sense of engagement while fostering diversity, inclusion and belonging within the organization
- Vendor Management skills including multiple supplier vendor management; defining and managing SLAs for applications program and vendor delivery.
- Business case development skills
- Financial Management experience including AOP, forecasting and estimating business requests.
- Willingness to travel as and when required ā 10%-15%. Within US/Canada
