Warehouse IT Infrastructure Leader

This Leader, Warehouse IT Infrastructure position is responsible for owning the technology foundation for our network of 80+ warehouses nationwide. This role will lead delivery of IT Infrastructure for new locations and existing site technology refreshes, manage both partner Project Managers and a growing internal team, as well as ensure every site runs fast and reliable. Working closely with IT managed services providers, you'll ensure optimal uptime and performance for warehouse operations and personnel. This role operates at the intersection of IT, Operation Technology (OT), and Operations—delivering ahead of plan and under budget while strengthening our 'Say Yes' culture.

This role reports to the Senior Leader, IT Infrastructure.

 Role Specifics:

Warehouse Infrastructure delivery

·       Leads IT infrastructure support for 80+ distribution centers and warehouses nationally.

·       Owns end-to-end delivery: Manages statements of work with low-voltage vendors and network configuration partners; manages allocated project budgets and approve change orders.

·       Manages project managers and vendors for installation, LAN/WLAN design oversight, network configuration, device staging, technical acceptance, UAT, and go-live.

·       Delivers outcomes ahead of schedule and under budget.

Device Management

·       Oversee
