Property Valuer , Associate

To assist in producing diligent and credible valuations of properties using internal and external resources, by aggregating, analysing and reporting on appraisal data and calculating and determining the underwriting value of REO asset portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

·        Conduct valuation and provide strategic advice to a wide variety of clients,

·        Generate and analyse market trends & statistics,

·        Make on site visits, inspect properties and interview clients,

·        Perform data analysis relevant to the valuation task,

·        Assist in forecasting and providing economic outlook information,

·        Prepare reports with valuation results and methods used,

·        Assist in preparation of underwriting reports regarding asset portfolios under management

 Competencies

·        Detail orientated and able to work with tight deadlines and manage different assignments,

·        Good management skills, (decision-making, problem-solving, communication, delegation, and time management),

·        Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking,

·        Accurate, well organised and reliable,

Requirements

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate | Finance | Engineering,

·        Licenced or certified valuer (preferably RICS or REV),

·        2+ years of experience in commercial real estate,

·        Familiarity with all current industry’s rules, regulations and standards,

·        Advance knowledge of Ms Office and Argus or other relevant software,

·        Strong written communication skills both in Greek and English,

·        Ability to travel on an as-needed basis
