Job Title: Senior Finance Manager
Location: Northville, MI

The position may be based in Northville, MI and reports directly to the Executive Director, Cash Initiative of the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Defining and setting up the AR reporting process for the company
- Map the existing AR process, identify opportunities to streamline, improve efficiency, and document the same.
- Partner with BUs and Shared services team for the process improvement and acting as point of contact for all process improvement and first-time right drive.
- Working to design a system generated report.
- Weekly consolidated reporting for the Account Receivables (AR).
- Prepare and publish weekly dashboard highlighting the past dues and highlighting the reason for the same.
- Driving the overall reduction of past due AR with Business, weekly cadence with commercial leader and finance team
- Track week on week change on overall AR.
- Assisting with overall PMO role for cash initiative.
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Degree in Finance and accounting, preferred MBA
Experience: 15+ Years in Finance with heavy focus on Automotive industry
Skills
- Ability to adapt, self-starter and manage stake holders.
- Ability to drive change and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Experience in managing Account Receivables for large business.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to projects that impact the company's financial performance.
