IT Security Project Manager

<p>The primary role of the Project Manager is to work closely with customers to drive the successful delivery of IT projects, particularly around the newer IT Security Technologies.</p> <p>The Project Manager will facilitate the management of scope for the customer’s requirements, plan implementations and deliver to the planned scope and budget.</p> <p>As Project Manager you will be part of the Project Delivery Service and report to your Team Lead. Project Delivery Services (PDS) delivers IT projects in many areas: from infrastructure, lifecycle to applications.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul><li>Lead project delivery from beginning to end</li><li>Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders</li><li>Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company’s standard</li><li>Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process</li><li>Ensure that project meets its deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards</li><li>Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion</li><li>Ensures project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties</li><li>Liaise with client (SNCB/MNBS) and IT Teams on an ongoing basis</li><li>Diagnose and evaluate potential risks and issues throughout the project and executes appropriate plans to mitigate them. Report regularly to the Team Lead and Stakeholders with regard to risks</li><li>Be a key member of the overall Project Delivery Services Team</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>5+ years relevant experience with project management in following domain: IT Security</li><li>Relevant experience in one of the following domains:<ul><li>Directs team members assigned to projects tasks and operational activities associated with security cyber risk management</li><li>Background in Data Security and security certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM is an asset</li><li>Experience and understanding of IAM, IGA &amp; PAM concepts</li><li>Functional knowledge and architectural understanding of Microsoft Azure</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of Information Security Frameworks (e.g. ISMS, ISO 27001, NIS, etc.) and data privacy act such as GDPR</li><li>Understanding of the principles of monitoring and reporting on compliance with security and data protection policies, as well as the enforcement of policies</li><li>Working knowledge of Security Architecture and potential security issues related to them PaaS, IaaS, SaaS</li><li>Understanding of Data Loss Prevention</li><li>IT Infrastructure such as Data Centres (physical security), Cloud (Azure, IaaS/SaaS)</li><li>Knowledge /experience Networking (ex: Iso Layer 7 Model) &amp; Encryption</li></ul><ul><br/></ul></li><li>Experience within Public Sector will also be considered an asset<br/></li><li>Recognises and applies our Core Values: Professionalism, Respect, Entrepreneurship, Corporation and Leadership</li><li>Demonstrated “can do” work ethic coupled with effective Self-management and ability to overcome ambiguously or under-defined problems</li><li>Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology and SAFe (Essentials) are considered an asset</li><li>Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2, PM²) is a MUST</li><li>Can facilitate Steerco, project update meetings and guide resources</li><li>Possesses the ability to communicate, present and produce documentation on various levels for differing audiences</li><li>Proficient in Dutch, French and English</li></ul> <p><strong>Our offer</strong><br/></p> <p>Within our open business culture, you will work behind the scenes on the digital transformation of NMBS/SNCB.
