Qualifications
Qualifications
Core Competencies
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Effective writing and presentation abilities, especially for proposals and grants.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and high-impact projects simultaneously.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar).
- Experience with CRM or contract management tools preferred (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce).
- Basic understanding of behavioral health systems, public health structures, and managed care.
Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare contracting, program development, grants, or partnerships.
- Experience working with health plans, county agencies, behavioral health providers, or community health organizations preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
