We are building a dedicated team for the Content Paas module of the Bloomreach Experience (BRX), a product that has 150+ customers worldwide.</p> <p>Become a part of our Support Team, and work out of our Amsterdam office or from home on a full-time basis.</p> <h2><strong>What tech stack do we have for you?</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Development languages for the team are Java and Javascript</li> </ul> <p><strong>Role &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage technical and product issues and escalations, delivering the highest level of developer satisfaction</li> <li>Performing troubleshooting to product issues and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of product.</li> <li>Engaging with cross-functional teams like operations and engineering to build, drive and improve tools and processes for quicker issue resolution</li> <li>Participates in mentoring and coaching L1 employees and helps to improve existing procedures by demonstrating technical leadership</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Professional experience</strong></h2> <ul> <li>8+ years of software support experience</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of core Java coding (read &amp; Write the code) and common Java libraries</li> <li>Able to do in depth problem solving , reading and understanding the Code and matching the scenario and come up with the appropriate troubleshooting steps and suggest workaround / resolution</li> <li>Have exposure to at least one of the Java Content Management tools like Adobe Experience Manager, OpenText Team site, IBM Websphere, Documentum, etc.</li> <li>Knowledge of Ngnix/Apache web server (Httpd)</li> <li>Exp in Java framework like Spring ,Wicket &amp; JCR</li> <li>Front end Technologies ( Angular / React)</li> <li>You are able to learn and adapt.
