What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Guide patients through therapeutic activities that restore functional ability

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care

• Document progress and adjust treatment as needed to meet goals

• Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and tools

What You Need:

• Active California Occupational Therapist license

• Compassionate, resident-centered approach
