About the RoleLyra Health is looking for a Senior Operations Lead to oversee our efforts to enable provider productivity within our Lyra Care Therapy (LCT) program. You will manage a small team and work in close partnership with stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Product, and Analytics to identify, launch, and scale new initiatives to improve provider productivity.

You will manage a small team and work in close partnership with stakeholders across Clinical, Operations, Product, and Analytics to identify, launch, and scale new initiatives to improve provider productivity.

Responsibilities
- Identify key opportunities and areas of investment to improve provider productivity and then successfully build a roadmap to get there
- Oversee all day-to-day operations related to supporting our providers and clinical team manage provider productivity, including key reporting efforts, quarterly performance-based compensation processes, and ongoing productivity interventions
- Scope, manage and own the end to end execution of key operational initiatives linked to provider productivity such as developing new metrics to track provider performance, improving existing processes to better scale with us, and evolving existing cross-functional meeting spaces to more effectively collaborate
- Partner closely with key cross-functional partners (e.g., clinical, product/design, data science, analytics, HR/Legal) to execute on key components of the operational roadmap
- Manage a small operations team, guiding them in identifying high-impact priorities to support provider productivity that align with the program’s goals and supporting them with their professional development
- Closely monitor key program metrics related to provider productivity, identifying and proactively addressing operational risks and opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years of work experience, with a background in strategy and/or high growth healthcare operations, experience in healthcare a plus
- 2+ years of management experience leading small to medium sized teams, with a specific and proven impact on individual development
- Demonstrated ability to successfully set up the broader strategic direction and roadmap for teams, capabilities, and initiatives balanced with strong attention to detail
- Quantitative with a love of diving into numbers to identify insights and opportunities for action
- Proven ability to set up cross-functional teams up for success and to direct their efforts to achieve ambitious deadlines
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
- Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
