What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Grow Public Cloud ERP - Expertise Services Team

 

Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square

 

Expected start date: June 2025

 

Duration: 12 months until June 2026 

 

Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs./week)

 

 

 

• Work with operations & marketing stakeholders to automate and report on end-to-end tasks related to events, reporting, promotion, community, and ad-hoc leadership requests
• Work with key stakeholders to learn and understand the required SAP internal tools and processes needed for planning, scheduling, executing, and reporting on Expertise Services events portfolio and calendar, both Partner facing and SAP internal
• Build a network with other iXp interns inside and outside of the team as a way to accelerate learning and increase opportunities for growth within your role
• Present results to stakeholders using the most up-to-date and creative storytelling tools.  
  • Experience with the following tools is preferable for reporting and data collation: MS Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, the MS Power Platform, and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite is preferable for marketing-related promotion work as well as the goal of full alignment with SAP's strategy and marketing requirements, which will require attending SAP Brand events cadence and networking with SAP Brand stakeholders on an ad-hoc basis
• Manage sensitive data with discretion and full compliance with GDPR guidelines
• Develop and apply strong team communication skills
• SAP Business Suite skills are an advantage with a desire to embrace the SAP Cloud strategy and grow cloud product knowledge through a learning and certification journey

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master's student
• Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
• A candidate who can communicate, concisely, and with discretion when required, to a variety of global stakeholders both in-person and virtually  
• Ideally, this candidate will know multimedia and social network professional communication 
• Team-oriented mindset with an ability to work
