Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><h1>Job Description</h1><h2>Essential Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Ownership of selected radio and network systems.</p></li><li><p>Development of advanced testing tools and environments.</p></li><li><p>Test execution and result analysis.</p></li><li><p>Driving collaboration with other GEHC teams and external partners.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Typical daily tasks are</h2><ul><li><p>Product test planning and execution</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting of product issues related to network or wireless</p></li><li><p>Participate NPI activities</p></li><li><p>Long term planning</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Qualifications / Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>Master’s degree in Radio Engineering or Network Engineering or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Experience in developing products from details to products (+10 years).</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of some wireless technologies, e.g. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular.</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive understanding of IP networking e.g. routing/switching, LAN/WAN infrastructures.</p></li><li><p>Capability to contribute to long-term planning and having vision of future needs.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English, both spoken and written.</p></li><li><p>EU work permit.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Desired Characteristics</h2><ul><li><p>Knowledge on Lean R&amp;D and on Scrum methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Basic programming skills with e.g. Python and scripting languages.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of Linux systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience on medical regulations.</p></li><li><p>Subject matter expertise on hardware, product development and testing or manufacturing.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of product change management and life cycle.</p></li><li><p>Good networking skills.</p></li><li><p>Good documentation and presentation skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Inclusion and Diversity</h2><p></p><p>GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
