Empowering business owners to be completely self served in creating legal  documents, by bring business owners and legal experts together.

True design leaderGreat cross-functional communicatorLeadership experience in Design for the consumer marketExperience building and deploying prototypes Start-up experienceExposure to AI product B2B and B2C experience Experience with growing a teams and functionsDesign capability; UI, UX, interaction, flows, hierarchies, layout, navigation, shape, colour, typography, iconography, copy, brand integration, wire-framing

Designing systems that can scale and be built upon4+ years experienceBuilding product from scratch singlehandedly Legal/technology intersection Great communication style with the wider teamConducting research, speaking to users/clients to gather vital feedbackComfortable with all levels of varied design tasks Good eye for detail LocalisationAbility to lead by example to help out your fellow teammatesExperience with: Sketch, InVision, Adobe creative suite, InDesign and Figma

Nice to have:
Experience coding: HTML, JavaScript and CSSA degree in/focused on Design
Must have:
Fluent/Native level Norwegian or Swedish speaker
