Job Description

The Salesforce Business Analyst sits on the Growth team and partners closely with our Product Engineering team to develop Salesforce-based solutions in an effort to streamline workflow and operations.  In addition, they are responsible for maintaining the import and upkeep of data into Salesforce. 

The Salesforce Business Analyst is a key part of the Growth Team at Privia Health. This is a great opportunity for a Salesforce User to get hands-on experience with a complex Salesforce org, develop new skills, and learn from a rapidly growing company!

Primary Job Duties: 

• Project Manage the Growth Team’s Salesforce initiatives and needs with clear handoffs to the development team
• Represent the Growth Team in requested Salesforce Planning Meetings
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Growth Team stakeholders, including requirements gathering
• Own the quality of lead data in Salesforce including field updates and the acquisition of new data from external data sets
• Complete end user training/new hire orientation sessions for the Growth Team, promote adoption across business units
• Collaborate with teams to prepare and maintain Salesforce-related documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Two years relevant experience
• Experience supporting or working in Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Advanced Excel experience 
• Project Management experience
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations 

• Experience utilizing data sets or warehouses preferred
• Experience with Pardot/Marketing automation tools  preferred
• Salesforce Trailhead Mountaineer preferred
• On track to complete Salesforce Analyst Trailmix  preferred

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
