As a key member of our EMEA Legal team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border matters at the intersection of technology, digital advertising, media, and data.</p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated lawyer to act as a trusted legal advisor to our Sales, Business Development, Finance, and other cross-functional teams across the EMEA region and beyond. In this role, you will support strategic commercial initiatives, help drive complex customer and partner relationships, and advise on a broad range of legal and business matters. You must be able to exercise sound legal judgement in a fast-paced environment, work effectively across cultures and jurisdictions, and translate complex legal concepts into practical, business-focused solutions.</p> <h2>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</h2> <ul> <li>Exercise exceptional judgment to advise and contribute to the overall success of the business.</li> <li>Structure, draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial and technology-related agreements, including master service agreements and associated documentation supporting customer relationships.</li> <li>Partner closely with cross-functional and regional partners to provide legal advice on matters of varying complexity, sensitivity, and risk.</li> <li>Identify, research, analyze, and advise business teams on commercial contracting, data security, privacy, and technology-related matters.</li> <li>Advise on deal terms, contract structures, and business initiatives by developing practical and commercial solution
