Program Details:

• Start Date: Monday, June 1, 2026
• End Date: Friday, August 7, 2026
• Pay Rate:  $22.00 per hour
• Work Environment: Hybrid (in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
• Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

 

 

What you will do

 

• Support Partnership Success teams with large eCommerce partners to improve customer and partner interactions.
• Assist Client Services with policy issues, document trends, and, if possible, update automation scripts.
• Analyze partner performance data (take rate, policy price, trip cost, booking windows) with Team Leads and Performance Analysts.
• Review partner survey data with Team Leads and Marketing Strategists to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Update customer touchpoints in the Partner Repository (messaging, offers, landing pages, campaigns).
• Complete a project combining performance data, survey insights, and research to identify market gaps and growth opportunities, culminating in a presentation with competitive analysis and creative marketing ideas.

 

 

What you will bring

 

• Must be a college junior, rising junior, senior or rising senior, pursuing a degree. The preferred major(s) for this position: Business, Data Analytics or Marketing related.
• Strong data analysis skills, including Excel; ability to learn and apply new reporting procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; builds trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adaptable and flexible in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Problem-solving mindset with creativity to exceed expectations.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and collaborate across teams.
• Takes initiative, applies feedback, and is accountable for results.
• PC proficiency: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Confluence or Jira a plus.
