Role Description

At Galileo, you'll work on a groundbreaking product that is poised to revolutionize the way companies approach evaluating their GenAI applications.

We are seeking an experienced and technically adept Presales Solutions Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the sales process by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and developing solutions that meet customer needs. This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and articulate the value of our Gen AI software platform.

Main Responsibilities
As an early ML Solutions Engineer at Galileo, you will play a foundational role in designing, building, and scaling our Solution Engineering playbook. 

• Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert in our GenAI Evaluation and Observability software, understanding its features, capabilities, and limitations.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations that address customer needs and showcase the value of our solutions.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with customers to develop tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements, leveraging our software's capabilities.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their technical and business challenges, and provide solutions that address their pain points.
• RFP/RFI Responses: Assist the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) by providing detailed technical information.
• Proof of Concept (PoC): Manage and execute PoC projects, ensuring that customers can effectively evaluate our software's capabilities in their environment.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between the customer and product development teams, providing valuable feedback to drive product enhancements.
• Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with technical training, resources, and documentation to enhance their product knowledge and selling capabilities.
