Our highly trained and compassionate team provides advanced veterinary services including 24-hour Emergency and Critical Care, Surgery, Oncology, & Internal Medicine. We are currently seeking a full time Triage Assistant to add to our team!

Here is What Your day May Consist of:
Animal Emergency & Specialty Center seeks a veterinary assistant with a broad skill set, strong work ethic, with a quick mind to help manage our emergency caseload.Responsibilities include:
- Triage incoming emergencies
- Gather patient histories and vitals
- Restraint for patient procedures
- Assist veterinarians and technicians in diagnostics and treatments
- Dispense medications
- Cleaning and restocking
- Client communication
Here is What You Will Bring to the Position:
- Veterinary assistant experience is not required, but animal care experience is preferred
- Ability to display empathy and emotional intelligence when handling client interactions
- Strong work ethic, good communication skills, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and a passion for saving the lives of animals.
- Because we are a 24-hour facility, nights and holidays may be required.
