Telecommunications Operator - Full Time - Night Shift

This position is a full time night shift, 3p - 11p, and requires working weekends and holidays. 

Pre-Employment Requirements:  

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Education Requirements: 

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

Job Requirements:  

• Answer and manage incoming calls promptly, greet callers in a friendly professional manner and transfer them as necessary.
• Perform some additional light administrative tasks to include scanning documents into a document management system.
• Utilize office communication systems to perform telecommunications duties, including intercom, two-way radio, and code phone.
• Interface with IT, including opening Incident Tickets, manage the On Call lists after hours, codes and alarms.
• Must have basic computer skills.
