Oregon State Treasury is recruiting for the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner. The person in this role will work on a team with three other HR professionals, on a small but mighty team that enjoys working together focused on a making a difference and adding value.
Work Schedule
This position will have the opportunity for a hybrid (remote and in-office) work location schedule. in-office work will be predominately from Treasury’s Salem office.
The incumbent will be working primarily from home with the expectation to be in our Salem office one day a month, in our Tigard office the first Wednesday of each quarter as well as when business needs dictate the need to be in the office.
Salary Range
$71,496 - $110,712 annually
There is a 6.55% cost of living adjustment that will be applied to the salary listed above. This is scheduled
